• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Liveona does not store any of your card or banking details.

1. Delivery Time & Charges

• Standard Delivery (3–7 business days): ₹79 (Free for orders above ₹1,499).
• Express Delivery (1–3 business days): ₹149 (available in selected pin codes).

1. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can track your order on our courier partner’s website.

1. Undeliverable Orders

• If delivery is not accepted or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges may apply.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will keep you updated if such delays occur.

At Liveona, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
• Innerwear (bras, panties, thongs, shapewear, lingerie, etc.)
• Accessories (earrings, masks, etc.)
• Discounted or sale items
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

1. Return/Exchange Process

• Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
• Our customer care team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.

1. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Prepaid orders) or as store credit/coupon (Cash on Delivery orders).
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

1. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please share photos/videos with us at customerliveona@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

• Returns without prior intimation will not be accepted.
