  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
      • Innerwear (bras, panties, thongs, shapewear, lingerie, etc.)
      • Accessories (earrings, masks, etc.)
      • Discounted or sale items
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  2. Return/Exchange Process
    • Contact us at +91 8375925209 or email customerliveona@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    • Our customer care team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.
  3. Refund Policy
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Prepaid orders) or as store credit/coupon (Cash on Delivery orders).
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  4. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please share photos/videos with us at customerliveona@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
