- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Innerwear (bras, panties, thongs, shapewear, lingerie, etc.)
- Accessories (earrings, masks, etc.)
- Discounted or sale items
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our customer care team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Prepaid orders) or as store credit/coupon (Cash on Delivery orders).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please share photos/videos with us at customerliveona@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
