• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected pin codes. Additional charges may apply.
• Bank Transfer – Orders can be paid via direct bank transfer (details will be shared upon request).

2. Payment Security

• All online transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway to protect your financial information.
• Liveona does not store any of your card or banking details.

3. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD).
• In case of payment failure, customers are advised to retry using a valid payment method or contact our support team.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms

• COD orders may require a confirmation call or message before dispatch.
• Refusal of COD orders repeatedly may lead to blocking of the COD option for future purchases.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
